Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items, such as personal care products, clearance items, and gift cards, are non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@shop2go.co with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@shop2go.co with photos and your order details.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
